Finding the Fuse

What is your question?

Took the fuse out of my car and went to 4 different auto parts stores to try and buy one on of the stores carry this fuse. Outside of going to a Dealership and paying a fortune where can I find the fuse so I can see if it is the fuse that is causing the problem
