What is your question?
I now know that for my windows all I have is a circuit breaker not fuses, and nothing is wrong with it. I can still hear the motor running when you press the button. What would be the other problem that could cause my windows to fail. It is going to be a long hot summer if I can't get some answer to my problem. I need to have an idea so that if I have to take my car to the shop I won't sound stupid.

The motor for your power windows moves what is called a window "regulator", the regulator is what moves the window up and down. If your window motor is turning and the window does not move then one of the following has happened. 1) The window has become disconnected from the regulator - whatever caused the disconnect must be repaired and the window reconnected. 2) The regulator has failed and must be replaced. 3) The gears on the window motor are damaged and the regulator and motor should be replaced. The door panel will most likely need to be removed to see what exactly is causing the problem.
Thank you Russ this makes sense. I will try this and see what happens.
