drivers window won't go up

is the regulator the whole track assembly? cause mine did the same problem but after i took it apart to try and fix it i found out my motor is fine its the wire that pulls the window up and down thats messed up

my driver rear window did the same thing. the motor is fine. the wire is still attached to the window but came off of the bottom somehow.
