What is your question?
The 1-4 blower controls dont work. 5 works fine however. If you try to use 1-4 the headlights cutout. I've narrowed that down to the ignition switch. But my a/c blows hot air. The compressor will run and it has the correct charge of r134 in it. It just blows hot air. Will the new ignition switch fix this as well or is there another problem? Thanks

it sounds like you have more than one problem. your 1- 4 speeds on your air is more than likely your blower motor resistor. which is located by your blower motor. however i'm not sure that would solve your headlight issue. and if your ac is charged correctly and the compressor is cycling than you may have a clogged orfice tube. that can also cause an ac not to blow cold.
No, its not the resistor. All of the control power is routed through the ignition switch module, a control box located under the key cylinder. The module is bad, not the actual cylinder/lock. For others with this problem, I went ahead and replaced the module for about 100 bucks. This fixed everything. So dont waste money on the motor resistor.
I agree, its not the resistor. The ignition harness will correct this and the headlight issue. The a/c issue may be caused by a vacuum leak not allowing the control flap to change position.
