Has anyone had a problem with the serp belt slipping off when it gets wet?

Ive only recently started having this issue. Seems like everytime it rains water gets on the belt and it slips off. Ive already replaced the belt and tensioner. Ive checked all the other pulley's and they all appear to be true ( Not woobles or misalignments). Ive had the car to a couple mechanics as well as the local dealership and they cant find anything wrong with it. This car is in great shape and runs strong beside this issue
