DLH35 Vacumn Line-our car started to run real rough..there was a smell so we pulled over and turned off the engine..now it wont start up...there are still lights and radio works...we found under the hood that this vacum line was burnt...we can tell it runs behind the battery and hooks up to another vacum line - Ts off. So would this cause our car not to start..we will take it to Autozone to get another one...

the vaccum will make the car run rough but won't make it inoperatable. You may have an electrical issue. Inspect all the wiring and make sure the coil packs are pushing out voltage.
