What if you only have 1.5 volts going to o2 sensor ?

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I am not seeing a code 13. I'm not sure what you mean about having 1.5 volts going to the oxygen sensor. For testing purposes, output from the sensor ranges from about 0.1 - 1.0 volt.
