Car will overheat and leak coolant and then I'll fill it back up and it'll be fine, then it will do it again. And repeat etc.. I changed the thermostat and water pump so far that is not the issue.. Please help 2005 Pontiac Grand Am

Hello, your question states that it leaks coolant. Do you see where it is leaking from? If you cannot find the leak, testing must be performed to find out where the leak is coming from. Or where the cooler is going. Indicating that there's a leak seems to say that there's something you are seeing. Is this the case? Replacing parts without confirming a failure doesn't make sense.
