The fact that starting fluid gets it running is the most important clue here since it confirms spark and compression are present and fuel delivery is the problem. You've already replaced the fuel pump which rules out the obvious, but a new pump doesn't always mean the job is done. A clogged fuel filter, a faulty fuel pressure regulator, or a leaking injector that's losing pressure overnight could all cause this. A fuel pressure test after the car sits overnight would tell you a lot since if pressure bleeds down quickly you've found your culprit!
