My horn wouldn’t work so I changed my fuse under the hood then my dashboard lights , tail lights, and shifter lights won’t turn on and there is 4 fuses that have no power to them

Hello, it sounds like something was disturbed somehow when replacing that horn fuse. Keep in mind that when you replace a blown fuse -- it blew for a reason! Some kind of issue within the related circuit caused the fuse to blow to protect the vehicle and wiring -- it's not as simple as just replacing a fuse like a burned out light bulb. Troubleshooting in the related circuit is needed. Now it sounds like you have further concerns - which will require troubleshooting of those related circuits. My guess is that when evaluating a wiring diagram, you'll find a common ground or common circuit that may be an area needing attention.
