Tightened it up once now 4 days later it happened again.

I have no idea why it would continue to loosen, but if it was me and it's a mounting bolt, I would remove it, add Loctite or thread sealant, and reinstall and torque properly to specifications. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
