If it is a factory alarm then have the anti-theft system scanned and Diagnosed for codes to help you with this annoying problem. If it is an aftermarket alarm I would disable it. The after market alarms tend to fail more readily than the factory alarm and it is often the alarm module itself, which is often not available as a separate unit.
