Continuously flashing hazards !

What is your question?

I've been having a lot of problems with my turn signals working only when they want to which I can manage until I'm able to afford the fix but just recently my hazards have started flashing with the car running and not running. All the fuses are good so I know its not that. I drove to the gas station one night and left my car running when I went in and when i came back out thats when I realized they were flashing so I had to get my car home asap which resulted in me getting pulled over and searched by three cops for "suspicious breaking" ! But that's besides the point. This is my first car and i dont know much about cars so any advice would be helpful. Thanks (:
