First: why are you replacing it? A diagnostic trouble code? Codes don't say the sensor is bad, they say often that there is a loss of signal. This can be just from a no start or a stall. I strongly advice proper testing before replacing a part. If you're asking where it's located, you're not doing the proper testing and removing the connector to check for power and ground... The sensor is located on the front side of the engine block, low. The starter must be removed for access. Just don't do it. Perform testing. Spend the money if needed. The sensor is almost assuredly not bad.
