The battery was killed when the car was left on(not crunk up) overnight. Jumped the the battery and now the car has the check engine light on with a full list of codes. The speedometer doesn’t move either.

It would be best to install a known, good fully charged battery into the vehicle, clear all diagnostic trouble codes that have been set, and recheck vehicle operation.
