Why wont my steering wheel come back after i turn (it's not the fuse)

Sounds like a likely concern with the steering gear. There could be a slight chance of an issue with the alignment caster setting. Have it evaluated locally near you.

Sounds like a alignment problem when a shop does a alignment on the front end they point the tires in slightly towards each other just the slightest bit so that they return to straight its something like a few millimeters not very much at all i would get an alignment and see if that fixes it
