What is your question?
My 1999 Bonneville will not start. Has strong crank but will not kick over. When car is doing this, the electric windows will not open. Once the windows open, the car starts. Changed: mass air flow sensor, crank sensor, ignition control module. Took to shop and they said I had very low fuel pressure. Changed fuel pump, but still no pressure. I have to guess that whatever is knocking out the power windows is also knocking out the fuel pressure. Problem seems to be happening about once a week.

Maybe your ignition switch is going bad and will crank the engine but won't power up the ignition and pump etc and I see Borg warner, AC Delco ans Standard all have them available.
Let me check what we did- I had the exact same problem. I need to get my car back then will reply. unless you have it fixed?
It took three weeks for the mechanic to finally find the problem, but it turned out to be a bad ground (combination ground, as the mechanic called it). The car has been perfect since then. This ground was located under my driver side carpet. Thank you for your response.
Thank you for the response. You've confirmed what we initially told mechanic to check, before they decided that it had to be the fuel pump. Going to relay this message to them in the morning. Thank you.
Did this work? I'm having the same problem.
I had the mechanic replace the ignition switch, which made sense to me also, considering the age of the car and the amount of miles (194,000). But, it turned out to be a bad ground. The mechanic said he found the loose connection under the driver side carpet. Car has been running perfectly since then. Thank you for your response.
