Car is drawing current from battery when off draining battery have to charge!

Ive replaced starter, alternator, The car shuts down when driving, It also will run yet when it's hot outside, It won't turn over. I have put a direct hot wire with toggle switch to the starter. When the car won't turn over on it's own. I can turn it over and it starts with the toggle switch I put in. I think it has something to do with a relay or module!!! I have to use my charger every night to keep the battery up. If I don't it will run down in a day of using. While the alternator keeps charging. The car is using more then the very large alt 160amps can put out! Got any help for me?
