Sounds like the fuel tank sender is going bad $610 at the dealer $199 at Autozone, Sender is mounted with the fuel pump in or on the fuel tank.

Sounds like the fuel tank sender is going bad $610 at the dealer $199 at Autozone, Sender is mounted with the fuel pump in or on the fuel tank.
