faulty gauges

What is your question?

i have a 1998 plymouth voyager and the gauges and insturment panel went out along w/ the locks i have checked all the fuses and relays and they are good i have tried to take the iom fuse out for 10 secs and no luck i have taken the battery cables off and once in awhile the gauges will work for the time i start the van then the next time i start the van it doesnt work any suggestions would be a big help also the lights and wipers do not work either mike
