usually it is 1342 clockwise. your best bet is to consult your motor manual. Chilton or Hanes are the top two for me. The #1 plug wire should be marked on the cap.

you should always start with the furthest one and work in. if you have pulled the wires off and forgot the fireing order go to the autozone website and put in your car info. go to repair info. go to specifications and you can get a picture diagram showing you the firing order and where each one goes.
