Normally the check gauges light on your 1994 Plymouth Voyager would direct you to look over the other dash gauges to check their readings. If the check gauges light is on and the none of the dash gauges are out of range (low oil pressure or high engine temperature for example) then there could be an internal fault with the gauges cluster causing the light to come on.
I have same dash is all no signals on them like it is off. but the check gages light is on . Noticed when i opened door also the inside lights not come on and was linked to this dash also. maybe thinking ground or something. I ahve a signal tracker and will follow the dome light negative and positive to find where the wires go.
