What is your question?
I have 93 Voyager with the 3.0liter engine. Van cannot idle. That's running rich to the point that I have gas in the oil. And gas leaking for egr valve not the fuel regulator. I have taken off vacuum line to regulator but there was no leak in it, even primied system to see if it leaked but no. spec(43-53psi)fuel pressure test and primied system reach about 40psi and very slowly decreased within 5 to9mins. Tested fuel pump only and it held pressure pretty good for 10to15 mins. I even plugged the return line that flows fuel back towards the fuel tank and it held pressure 80psi slowly went down to 40psi stayed there for 10mins and then slowly went down. Throttle position sensor passed test and ect passed the test. Still haven't check Map sensor or idle air control valve. Not sure if I have stuck opened fuel regulator or Injectors. Or even a bad ecm. Any suggestions would help I don't have money to buy DRB2 scanner most are too old or to dang expensive a for tool to use on old cars.

Cranking car over and flooding intake to the point that gas leaks from egr valve

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. If your Voyager is running so rich that gas is leaking from the EGR valve and mixing into the oil, it's likely that your fuel injectors are stuck open or you have a bad fuel pressure regulator. Even though your fuel pressure tests seemed okay, the slow pressure drop could indicate a leaky injector or faulty regulator. Testing the MAP sensor and idle air control valve is a good next step, as a faulty MAP sensor can cause the engine to run rich by delivering too much fuel. Checking the injectors for proper function and ensuring the ECM is sending the correct signals could also help pinpoint the issue.
