prowler windows not working properly

my passenger window does not go up any longer or down--I can hear the motor still trying to push it---now the drivers window is coming up at a weird---not correct angle---it seems the windows are not put in right or too tight in these cars---this car is like brand new it has 5000 mi on it and has mostly lived its life in the heated garage.....I believe chrysler should fix these windows at no charge---its their faulty workmanship---the windows seem to have to go through a tight opening in the door and that is probably a big part of the problem...faulty design---they should have roll up windows not electric

years now owned the car since 2002--window passenger acted up in 2007 and recently drivers
