How do I fix it has very little compression in one cylinder

What is your question?

This is the single ohc engine.I thought it was a bad valve, its very hard getting up hills how do I get that fixed and how much does it cost?

the head most likely will have to be removed and a valve job done. cost runs around 1200-1500. i would have a shop check it for you before jumping to conclusions. Roy
