No clicking battery is at 12.7 lights come on and go out when i try to start , no noise nothing tried.to jump same thing nothing not even a click lights go out when i try ti start , new starter and selenoid ?

Lights go out when i try to start fusses are good relays are good battery at 12.7 dash lights come on when i turn key ,they go out when i turn key to start posistion but no noise from starter , wont jump same thing no noise at all
