My brake lights won't come on and i changed the sensor and the fuse what could cause the problem

What "sensor" was replaced? If your brake light switch is working properly and is adjusted properly, and any related fuses are functioning, then you should have power at the brake lights when the switch is engaged. Check the wiring connector and harness at the switch to ensure there is no damage or issue there as well.
