Can't reset the alarm system since accidentally disconnecting the theft system.

I have a 2002 oldsmobile silhouette GLS had trouble with the brake lights and the center high mount brake light staying on. Traced it to the right brake light socket where the one pin is broke off at the bend. The 2 pins were touching each other separated the two and now it works fine. I figure this is what was causing the cruise control to stop working when the head lights came on. Just need to know how to reset the content theft deterrent system since disconnecting the theft deterrent shock sensor. I can manually lock the doors which the key phobe cannot do anymore and won't arm it either. It also disabled the radio as well and the power sliding doors won't work when pushing the inside switch. Everything else works
