Hoses are hot but radiator cap is cool????

What is your question?

New pump,cap,flushed,fans work, no leak hioses get hot but cap is cool and doesnt get all the way to red but up and down and keep adding coolant

What makes this problem better or worse?

When u hit the gas the temp goes down

How long has your 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme had this problem?

1 mo. But there was a small leak at the manifold and put kseal in now no leak started doin this
