Will the whole fuse box,in the glove box has to be replaced to find out why my 10amp fuses keep blowing out.It controls the power ant.,power locks,seat belt lights?When I put a new one in,sparks come out and that fuse is also blown>Some 1 says a short

Most likely its a wiring harness, oldsmobiles from 1988 1/2 through about 2005 had problems with the wires glueing and causing a short to ground causing the fuse to blow I would check the ignition circuit in mine I was not blowing fuses but my ignition switch was a preliminary fail and that could be causing a short to ground causing a fuse to blow
