pulled off air cleaner oil coming out of throttle body pulled out the sparkplugs they were clean no blowby is this just a bad manfold gasket or is the drainports in the head not draining causeing oil to fill=up under valvecover and backing up

If oil drain to return oil from the head to oil pan were blocked the oil would seep down the valve stems at engine rest causing clouds of blue smoke at start up. Does the engine burn oil? Is the tail pipe showing signs of oil or do you see oil smoke on acceleration or after prolonged engine idle? Perhaps have a cylinder leakage test done and replace the PCV valve.
1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass S 3.1, plugs and wires changed, and does stall along but turns back on, and I just noticed bluish white smoke come out of muffler. I don't know if it's overheating because after wires/plugs were changed, none of the dash lights work, with the exception of miles/odometer.I got the car back 10xs worse than before taking it in. I have never once had a problem with this car which is I why I've kept it.
