Took my 94 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 3.1lt to a shop to clean my MAF, which I just found out that my car doesn't have one, but they cleaned the throttle body & the IAC. They did say that they couldn't promise me that it would take care of the issue, which it didn't.So what else could it be? Do you think that it should be put on the machine to see what's REALLY is going on?

Cleaning rarely does any good. Usually a waste of money.
What is really going on -- yes, hands on testing is needed, but there is no "machine" that will give the answers. Only skilled technicians with tools and shop manual materials available can perform needed diagnosis testing and repairs.
Fuel delivery, air intake, emission controls -- this is where I'd start inspecting.
