put new fuel pump filters and new fuel lines.also newfuses and new battery

mobile mechanic sprayed starting fluid in intake while it was runing ,seemed to run better,said it was fuel pump

So, it was like this prior to the replacement stuff and it runs better with more fuel? Possible vacuum leak? Do you know what the fuel pressure is? Do you have a good battery? Has the check engine light been on, or has it been on. What codes were set?
