95 Olds ciera blows fuse under hood when gotten on cranks no run til fuse replac

Runs , drives, but when given gas pedal pressed to hard/ fast or brakes it will just die. All lights work, dash, radio, etc... But fuse blows under hood. It will crank but no start till fuse is replaced. I've gone through 10 fuses in the matter of 1-2 minutes. The fuse is on passenger side under hood near front.
