Had battery, alternator, mass air flow sensor replaced and fuel system flushed. Air bag, charge battery and service engine soon lights come on and sometimes stay on. When I step on gas peddle the headlights get brighter and when i let up on gas peddle the lights get dim.

You most certainly have an electrical problem(s) causing the Air bag, Battery, and service engine soon lights to come on on your 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera. Were these lights coming on before the repairs (battery, alternator, and air flow sensor) were completed? If so you should head back to see the mechanic who performed the repairs and ask why the problems were not corrected. Fault codes stored in the air bag and engine control module may help lead to the cause of your problems. Slight brightening and dimming of the headlights is not uncommon when raising and lowering engine rpm.
