BAD EGR SYMPTOMS ?????

start just fine when very first getting in and going but then after the first and or second stop depending on how far the commute is. It will start back up just fine and sometimes may chug as if its going to die but then when put into gear it stalls out and also when putting foot on gas seems to not have power and or want to accelerate. But when I let sit for about 20 minutes it will start but runs a little rough and has same symptoms but will go.
