Abs dash light on

What is your question?

Made repairs on both wheel speed sensors. Changed abs control module under right side of dash. The abs dash light still won't go off or reset itself. I need a brake and lamp inspection to get my salvage title. Spent overall 1000 to get this fixed no luck. What else could it be
