I have had a 2010 and a 2014 versa hatchback and the brakes lock on me.

It is hard to describeit can be anytime, when I am applying the brakes they make this strange noise and then lock and unlock. If I am on the ice the car won't stop? Does anyone know that this problem is? Thank you.

Thank you the 2014 car is only 1 month old and I will have it checked out, I called the Nissan service dept. and they blew it off like I was making it up.
