Car shuts off when shifting into gear (D)or(R)

What is your question?

Car seemed to work a bit when spraying throttle body cleaner but the after a few minutes it will shut off. I did change my throttle body and did the whole relearn, but car still shuts off when shift into gear (D) or (R)

What makes this problem better or worse?
