Hello, Depending on your engine, you may have one. If the intake manifold has the flaps inside, they are right up next to the intake ports on the head (when the manifold is mounted), and they are controlled by the swirl control valve at the back of the intake manifold (next to number 4). The valve is just a vacuum bell with a vacuum line running to it that turns a rod when there is more or less vacuum.
