What is your question?
While driving at highway speeds in the rain the front of the car slides and hydroplanes. Steering wheel becomes difficult to steer. Tires are new, wheel alignment done. Speed has to be broken down to about 35 miles an hour. Car still slides when driving slower. Is there a sensor or camera that could be affected? Tires are not the problem.

Hello, the vehicle at its most basic design is built to navigate rain and inclement weather, unless the road surface is too slick to navigate. As such, sensors and cameras don't figure in; that kind of technology is kind of icing on the cake, not basic functionality. As a result, I am led to think of tires and condition and sizing and application as well as alignment being entirely accurate - including measurements such as steering axis inclination (SAI) are areas of concern that should be checked by a skilled technician near you.
