What is your question?
I’ve got an engine code that points to my bank 1 sensor 2 oxygen sensor. I’ve located the sensor under the car just before the catalytic converter. It sits just before a j in the pipe that comes down from the engine and the piece attaches to the rest of the exhaust right behind it with 3 bolts. I have the o2 socket set with the offset opening for a 3/8” drive ratchet, I can’t get the ratchet extension on except at an angle with an elbow. I have sprayed it to unseize it, several times, I’ve started to remove the pipe at the triangle connection but one bolt’s placement I can’t get enough leverage. I have tried everything under the sun for the past 3 weeks and can’t get the sensor out. Am I missing something, am I doing something wrong, I’m literally stuck.

First of all, sensor two is after the catalytic converter, not before it. Second of all, there are many different tools that a technician will use to access difficult to remove components. I can't really speculate on the proper tool needed from here; a hands on inspection and attempt by a technician near you will be what is needed for each specific vehicle type and component replacement.
