Won't accelerate when at low speed or stopped

What is your question?

It sounds fine no wierd or out of the ordinary sounds. Goes fast on freeway but if I slow down or stop it won't go.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Car is warm driven for a while slow speed or stopped
