Air-conditioning, Heater will not turn on when push power button lights up

Unplugged ECU while car was running and now the air will not turn on and the heater will not turn on at at the dash it lights up at the dash you can push the button but does nothing it worked fine up until this point exactly what do I do to fix this problem I've checked the fuses their all good
