My car rocks when I turn the steering wheel slightly even at slow speeds.

What is your question?

I know I need to replace tires, but I noticed that the car teeters in lane changes or if ground isn't level. In driving at slow speed i would slightly jerk the wheel back and forth and it would rock almost on its own. Tires shouldn't be the reason. And i also need to replace motor mount.

How long has your 2013 Nissan Maxima had this problem?

Noticed it about a month or so ago.
