Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Well, this is frustrating! If your Maxima isn’t throwing any codes but requires multiple attempts to start and has non-working gauges, it could be an issue with the car’s electrical system or a weak battery. Start by checking the battery connections to ensure they are clean and tight. Also, test the battery’s health. Since you’ve already replaced the push button, it’s worth checking the ignition relay and the connections to the dashboard gauges. If the problem persists, it might be best to have a mechanic look into it. Good luck! If you have any other questions, please call us at 877-913-1554!
