after replacing the alternator the heating and cooling system won't come on when I start the car

What is your question?

I had my alternator replaced and now when I start the car I have to manually turn the heater on. When I turn it on, it is set at the last setting I had it on before the car died on me. Manual turn on reads 75 degrees, air flow at the foot level, and the AC is on. How do you reset the vehicle to have the heat and AC come on when the vehicle is started?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Issue is occurring since I had the alternator replaced
