What is your question?
2007 Nissan Maxima SL Car starts fine. Only indicator light is tire pressure. When it is reversed out of the driveway, and put into Drive, the car makes a louder whirring/humming noise (like something spooling up without resistance) when it begins to move forward. At this point, all dash indicators come on (brake, abs, TCS) but not the check engine. Alternator tested fine. Battery tested fine. And honestly, the car drives fine. It just seems as though something is failing, and then throws all errors. What could be the cause of this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
If I turn car off and on again, dash lights go away until put into Drive agai
How long has your 2007 Nissan Maxima had this problem?

So, yes, I'm sure the concern you are having is related to the noise you're hearing. But you'll need to have real testing performed -- for "C" chassis related diagnostic trouble codes, which are set when you have the ABS and TCS lights illuminated. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops Hands on testing for those codes is essential because those are critical clues to have -- just like "P" Powertrain codes that most people seem to focus on for engine performance.
