Where is a Camshaft Actuator and what does it look like, Code P0021?

Cam shaft actuator valves are going to be connected directly into your block, there are two of them, on the intake side. Wiring clip goes to each, and you can remove them. Easy to get to, you will have to remove airbox, and maybe move power steering resevoir out of the way. What size engine is that?
