I replaced my radiator, thermostat, and my water pump and my car still overheats after 10-15 mins of driving. No visable oil in the overflow tank, and no visable anti freeZe mixed with my oil, motor makes NO strange noises, their is NO white smoke coming out of my exhaust, their is NO milky mixture in my oil Cap. Im a student and need my car fixed within a couple of weeks desperately. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM?

When your car over heats, what does it do? Does the gauge go up really high and does it start to blow out steam? How does your car run when it is hot? Does it Ping or Knock? Does your engine cooling fan come on properly? Try turning on the A/C and does the fan came on, because it should. Do yo have to keep adding coolant? let me know Good Luck!
I have changed both thermostats on my 00 nissan maxima. It sometimes overheats in summer when sitting still. If Im driving 40mph or more it cools or turn on heater. Should I remove thermostat on hot side. Will this help,?
i have the same problems as this person. yes the gauge goes up and no steam. it normally runs well when its hot. i have had to refill the coolant recently and within 15 min the gauge went hot again. there is also a hissing sound coming from the right side of the engine after it heats up.
If there is a hissing sound, you may have a cooling system leak, thus the sound. Have a pressure test done on your cooling system ASAP, before you hurt your engine by over heating it.
